At the Mexican Connection in Saratoga Springs, we take a great amount of pride and dedication providing excellent traditional Mexican cuisine combined with a casual and relaxing atmosphere. For menu items with meat, please choose from spicy ground beef, shredded beef, shredded chicken, shredded pork or chorizo--all made by our kitchen staff on-premises. All menu items are made to order so that we can give you the best quality food possible. We do not use lard in any of the dishes we prepare and all of our beans are vegetarian, as well as our Mexican rice.
